Peckham’s Leo Lore has dropped his latest emotive, soulful track: ‘Billie’. In an ode to Billie Holiday, Lore combines influences of soul, jazz and Motown into an uplifting and honest track that isn’t afraid to change direction unexpectedly. He explains that the track is a “kind of homage to (Billie Holiday). It’s basically about my journey of finding contentment in myself, feeling good in my skin, and learning to feel comfortable with other people again.” The beautiful track shows off Lore’s wide range of influences and unique sound, which we’ll be able to explore in more depth on his upcoming EP. -Dan Peeke
